Research

Qualitative research methods represent an important part of the methods of health services research. They are used as independent research access as well as in the context of a mixed-methods design. The latter includes research approaches that systematically use qualitative and quantitative methods in combination.

In addition, in various institutions method workshops are performed. They are part of the research process itself in qualitative research.

Qualitative Research at the Charité

Qualitative research approaches are now used throughout the medical and social sciences. Members of the network carry out a variety of research projects at the Charité and in cooperation with partners at other universities. Completed and ongoing projects and their sponsors are presented here.

Qualitative researchers regularly discuss their methods and results in so-called method workshops. These working groups are open to doctoral students and doctoral researchers. Contact us.
